Project
UNLOCKED is the new, multi-dimensional, hybrid, research project of ATOPOS cvc. It was first initiated back in 2013 and it has been taking shape in the form of publications, artist residencies, exhibitions, discussions and further presentations. Atopos’ third research project constitutes an attempt to “unlock” the photographic depiction of the Naked Body through contemporary digital platforms and social media. It is a painstaking work in progress of a yet unmapped and constantly developing field of the post photographic era.
As part of the UNLOCKED research ATOPOS cvc launched the Occupy Atopos artist residency in 2014 and the Atopos BlahBlahBlah program of events, performances, workshops and discussions in 2015.
