What is gonna happen if a hybrid pop_cocatoo parrot meets Fluffy?

What are the personal narratives that one is going to confess to the other?

What are the common elements that connect those two creatures?

Is it the white hair and their soft tails? Their hybridity? Their multiple identities?

Being a monster? Being vulnerable?

What is a monster? Would Fluffy be a good or a bad monster inside a classic fairy tale?

We would like to invite you to a revealing audiovisual night full of personal narratives and confessions from the experience of Pop Tektonism inside Antigoni’s Tsagkaropoulou Fluffy Library.

A fairytale about sexuality, disability, vulnerability, hybridity.

P… is for Parrot

P…is for Pop Tektonism

BIO

POP Tektonism is a queer pop “star”, creating enemies in alternative music subcultures and lifestyles. With an emphasis in pop music, POP Tektonism presents a vulnerable image of a “star”. Through their submissive performances they exhibit weakness, uncomfortableness and trauma. Through their noisy pop songs, they are celebrating vulnerability, pansexual confusion and disability. POP Tektonism is hated by Hardcore punks, Manarchists, Antisemites, Noise mansplainers, Black Metalheads Skaterboys, Greek tavern owners and more. POP Tektonism is Lykourgos Porfyris and Lykourgos Porfyris is probably POP Tektonism.

#TextMe_FluffyLibrary is an unusual library-participatory installation by the artist Antigoni Tsagkaropoulou, curated by Vassilis Zidianakis.
Fluffy Library is a meeting point of alternative narratives and actions around identity, gender and co-existence. All the events that are happening inside Fluffy are part of the artwork and are organised and curated by Antigoni Tsagkaropoulou.
