Clovis Maillet has been participating in the Occupy Atopos residency between 2nd and 7th March 2026 in the framework of Living Archive of Transition, a solo exhibition by anthr0morph.

Clovis Maillet is a medieval historian and artist. A specialist in gender and kinship issues, he is the author of La parenté hagiographique ( Hagiographic kinship, 2014), Les genres fluides. De Jeanne d’Arc aux saintes trans (Fluid Genders, 2020), Un Moyen Âge émancipateur (Emancipatory Middle Ages, 2021), Écotransféminismes (Ecotransfeminisms, with E. Bigé, 2025) and Toutes nos larmes, l’antiféminisme et la mort (All Our Tears, 2026). Since the early 2000s, he has been developing an artistic practice combining performance, installation and film, in collaboration with other artists. He was a resident at the Villa Medicis – Académie de France in Rome in 2024-2025.
