Annalisa Zegna and Mauro Diciocia has been participating in the #OccupyAtopos an international residency programme of the organization, between 29 May and 15 June 2026.

Annalisa Zegna and Mauro Diciocia’s artistic practice stems from a deep interest in aquatic ecologies and liminal landscapes, and develops a strong connection with wetlands and wild environments. Their collaboration brings together visual, sound and performative experiences, emerging from collective field research, active listening, critical observation, and reflection around wet landscapes and their ecosystems.

Annalisa Zegna explores the ecologies of human and more-than-human landscapes within the context of contemporary ecological and social crises, weaving together visual languages, performative experiences, and collaborative practices.
Mauro Diciocia explores relationships between sound and space, language and narrative, combining participatory listening practices, soundscape composition, and sound art.
