General Terms
The Atopos e-shop is an online outlet to sell products, from the non-profit organization Atopos Contemporary Visual Culture based in Athens (Salaminos 72, 104 35 Athens, VAT No EL999753803). All profits from the Atopos shop go towards supporting the work of the organization.
Any reproduction, copying or publication of Atopos e-shop contents is strictly forbidden without prior written consent of its owner.
By ordering a product through our e-shop  you accept the terms and conditions referred to herein. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, so please check them regularly before ordering products.

Ordering
Shopping through Atopos e-shop is a fast and secure process. You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email confirmation including the details of your order. Please check the confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors by emailing info@atopos.gr

Payment methods
1. Through Paypal
2. Cash on delivery. This form of payment is available on deliveries only within Greece.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before the items have been dispatched please email us at info@atopos.gr as swiftly as possible quoting your order reference number. If the items have already been dispatched you will need to follow the instructions in our returns policy below.

Delivery
We deliver anywhere in the world but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
For all deliveries within Greece we use the first class delivery service of the Hellenic Post (ELTA). We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for Greece.
International orders are also sent using the recorded delivery service of the Hellenic Post (ELTA). Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
Parcels will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so please ensure you have the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it.

Taxes
All prices on our site are inclusive of VAT.
If your delivery address is not within Greece, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Atopos e-shop. Whether you have changed your mind or we have made a mistake, please send an e-mail at info@atopos.gr notifying us of a request to return.
Unless your item is faulty, please let us know within 14 working days of receiving your items and we will be happy to offer you a replacement or exchange.
Please return any unwanted items, unused and in pristine condition so that they can be re-sold by registered post within 28 days of receiving your order.
In case an item or product arrives faulty or the delivery has been delayed (apart from cases of force majeure), the delivery charges and the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your new order.

Force Majeure
Atopos e-shop shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Data Protection
Atopos e-shop will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending solely your order. Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction. When you register you will be given the option of being placed on a mailing list to receive further information about Atopos cvc activities including exhibitions, talks and our shop promotions.

Governing Law
All of the transactions you implement through the Atopos e-shop shall be governed by the Greek Law that deals with matters relative to electronic trade and the Courts of competent jurisdiction shall be the Courts in Athens.
