Having worked in theatre and dance performances as a costume designer, the Belgian fashion designer and stylist Jean Paul Lespagnard (b. 1979) is intrigued by unorthodox and hybrid forms. As a contemporary ‘take’ on the paper dress phenomenon and a proposal to a multi-purpose garment, he created a bag from Tyvek which could become a dress for the 2008 show in Luxembourg.
